Lunchtime Drop-In Session held at Saint Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy - Friday 26th September

Glossop SNT - School Engagement/Lunchtime Drop-in Session

PCSO Buller of the Glossop Youth Engagement Team (YET) completed a lunchtime drop in session at Saint Philip Howard Secondary School, Sunlaws St, Glossop,  today Friday 26th September.

This is the first visit of the new school year at Saint Philip Howard School and it took place during lunchtime - which is held between 1.20 pm and 2.00 pm.  As always its good to see some familiar faces and lots of new ones too.

These regular engagements with young people enables the Police to gain insight into their perspectives, concerns, and challenges, as well as allowing them to see the Police in a more relaxed and friendly location.

It was also an opportunity to complete some Derbyshire Talking Youth Surveys with some of the young people at lunchtime today.

Once again a big thank you from the team to the headteacher and staff for allowing these engagement visits.
